Free Shipping for all orders $75 USD+ In Canada, and $100 USD for all other Countries. Note, you will still see a charge for Duties, Customs, and/or Taxes.

Please note: 

• All International Orders are final and non-refundable.
• For the avoidance of doubt, Product Costs, Shipping, Import Customs & Duties, and Taxes are non-refundable. 
• International orders are not eligible for Subscriptions
• Shipping costs for international orders are based on the weight and destination of your order. 
• The cart currency is determined based on the location of your shipment.
• Taxes, Customs and Duties are prepaid and included in Shipping Costs at checkout. 
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account weekends, holidays or processing and packing (please allow 48-hours for packing).

Customs, Duties & Restrictions

• For your convenience, DHL International pre-clears customs and ships direct to your door
• Llama Naturals sets a Max Order Value in line with Personal Purchase Limits as set by your country. 
• We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. 
• International orders may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery.
• Llama Naturals is not responsible for orders that are delayed at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process.
