Prebiotics are like fertilizer for your gut, providing nutrients that help probiotics (the beneficial bacteria) grow. Probiotics are the live bacteria that maintain gut health. Together, prebiotics and probiotics create a healthy and balanced digestive system.

What do the gummies taste like?
They taste more like fruit snacks than candy gummies. Since they have no added sugar cane or sweeteners, they are not quite as sweet as candy or regular gummies.
Aren’t gummies bad for my teeth?
Yes, regular gummies are. However, our gummies are made of fruit, not candy ingredients like sugar and syrups, so they do not stick to your teeth like regular gummies. We also don’t add synthetic acids which quickly erode teeth. We do recommend that you brush your teeth after chewing our gummies to be safe.
What’s “Organic Flavor” and why do we use it?
We use the highest quality organic flavorings we can find. They are made from plant based oils, essence, distillates, and extracts that balance the flavor variations from crops since we don’t add sugar and sweeteners. Most importantly, all of our flavors are produced without synthetic, artificial, animal-based or GMO ingredients of any kind - including solvents, carriers, and preservatives. The amount of flavoring is less than 2% per gummy, which comes out to be 1/84 of a teaspoon!
What’s the shelf life?
